Refund policy:

3-day return privilege: You have 3 days from receipt to inspect your purchase and notify Mk II of your intention to return your purchase. The timing of the return privilege begins when delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier. From that point forward you have 3 days to inform us of any intention to return the product. If you intend to return your purchase the return shipment must be postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date. Watches returned may be subject to a $65 re-stocking fee, applied at the discretion of Mk II. Returned items must be in new and unused(1) condition or request for refund will be denied and item returned to the customer at his/her expense. If your return is not postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date your request for refund will be denied and item returned to the customer at his/her expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

(1) Please note that removing the strap, strap pins or bracelet or sizing the bracelet will render the watch ineligible for return or refund.

Pre-payment Requirement:

Prepayment is required for all orders before processing and/or scheduling. If payment or contact from customer regarding intention to forward payment is not received within 10 days of the order your order may be cancelled without prior notice. For more information about this policy please see our FAQ page. 

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled at any time. Refunds will be provided via the original payment method. Re-stocking fees may apply if an order is cancelled after assembly has begun.  Refund terms and conditions for certain pre-orders will supersede the terms listed here.

Ordering Process

After your place your order online you should expect the following:

1. Your order will appear in the My Account section of the E-boutique. Its status will be listed as "1.1 Awaiting Scheduling". You will also receive an automatically generated e-mail with a summary of your order, billing address, and shipping information. (Please note that payment will automatically charged at the time you place your order.)

2. On average within 2-3 business days we will update your order in the E-boutique to "2.0 In Queue" and provide you with an estimated ship date. We will also create a ticket in the Customer Service Portal (CSP) for your order. If you do not have an account in the CSP we will create one for you. This account and ticket are the best way to send any requests, changes, or inquire about the status of your order.

3. If you do not receive one or both of these e-mails check any SPAM/Bulk-mail folders you have and if you still do not find our message (s) please submit a ticket in the Customer Service Portal. If your issue is urgent please call us and leave a voice message with your name, email address, and order number.

4. Normally your status is updated to "3.0 Build in Process" about 1 week before the scheduled shipment date. This update will be made to the E-boutique, Customer Service Portal, and a copy of the change in status will be sent to you via email. Between the time your order is scheduled and we begin building your order you will normally not receive any correspondence from us. If you would like an update please feel free to update your ticket with your specific request.

5. Orders normally take about 5-7 business days to complete once the build has begun. At the time of shipment you will receive an e-mail from us that will inform you of the shipment method and any applicable tracking /insurance information. In addition we will automatically notify you of changes to the tracking status of your order via email.

Credit Cards and PayPal:

We gladly accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard Discover and AMEX. Kindly note that your card will be charged as soon as you place your order. For your peace of mind we do not store your card number in our systems. Credit card orders shipping to Indonesia, Nigeria or conflict countries will be refunded and cancelled if placed without prior approval from Mk II. 

Sales Tax and Customs Duties:

Pennsylvania state residents are subject to sales tax at a rate of 6.0%.

International customers are responsible for applicable custom's duties.    

Limited Warranty

Mk II brand watches and watch parts come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, scratches caused by normal use, modifications or service to the watch not performed by Mk II Corp., or damage caused by natural disasters. When submitting a warranty claim please have your order number and the watch’s serial number, if applicable on hand. Please send the watch back to the address listed on the home page of the Mk II site. Any required repairs and shipping and handling back to you is covered by this warranty. The warranty is not transferable. You may have specific legal rights according to the state in which you reside. This warranty is in addition to, and does not effect, the legal rights conferred upon you by your particular state.

Privacy Policy

Your name, contact information, and/or purchase history will not be sold to or shared with any individual or organization without your explicit permission.
