• Mk II brand watches:

Mk II brand watches come with a 3-day return privilege and a 1-year limited warranty. Watches returned may be subject to a $65 re-stocking fee, applied at the discretion of Mk II. Returned items must be in new and unused condition or request for refund will be denied and item returned to customer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

• Watch Parts:

Watch parts are sold with a 3-day return/exchange privilege and 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Any part(s) returned for refund or exchange must be in new and unused condition. Once parts have been installed in a watch they may not be returned. Parts that have been previously installed will exhibit wear and as such can not be re-sold.

• Pre-payment Requirement:

Prepayment is required for all orders before processing and/or scheduling. If payment or contact from customer regarding intention to forward payment is not received within 10 days of the order your order may be cancelled without prior notice. • Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled at any time. Refunds will be provided via the original payment method. Re-stocking fees may apply if an order is cancelled after assembly has begun.

After your place your order online you should expect the following:

1) An automatically generated e-mail with a summary of your order, billing address, and shipping information. If you selected the "invoice me later option" and/or want to pay by PayPal, money order, or check this e-mail will contain additional instructions. If you paid by credit card your card will be automatically charged at the time you place your order.

2) On average within 2-3 days you will receive an e-mail from us with a PDF copy of your sales order attached. This e-mail contains your order number along with the instructions you will need to use our online order status portal.

3) If you do not receive one or both of these e-mails check any SPAM/Bulk-mail folders you have and if you still do not find our message (s) please contact us via e-mail. After you send your e-mail you should receive an automated reply confirming receipt within 2-3 days. If you do not receive the automated reply please check any SPAM/Bulk-mail folders you have and if you still do not find the reply please contact us by phone as this may mean that we may not be able to reach you by e-mail.

4) At the time of shipment you will receive an e-mail from us that will inform you of the shipment method and any applicable tracking /insurance information.

Orders for watch parts and pre-built watches are shipped, on average, within 5 -10 business days of receipt of payment or after personal checks clear. Lead times for custom watches are listed at the bottom of the ordering pages and vary according to demand. Lead times can vary depending upon the number of options ordered and complexity of finishing required.

U.S. watch orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail Insured with Delivery Confirmation. International watch orders are shipped via Air Mail Parcel Post Insured.

Watch parts are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or via Air Mail, as applicable.

• Personal Checks, Money Orders and Bank Checks:

Please make the check or money order out to Mk II Corp. Payments can be mailed to the address listed above

• Credit Cards and PayPal:

We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. Payments can be processed automatically through our online cart system or over the phone by request. Kindly note that your card will be charged as soon as you place your order. For your peace of mind we do not store your card number in our systems. Credit card orders shipping to Indonesia, Nigeria or conflict countries will be refunded and cancelled if placed without prior approval from Mk II.

PayPal is gladly accepted. Please see your order confirmation e-mail for account information.

• Sales Tax:

Pennsylvania state residents are subject to sales tax at a rate of 6.0%.

Mk II brand watches and watch parts come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, scratches caused by normal use, modifications or service to the watch not performed by Mk II Corp., or damage caused by natural disasters.

When submitting a warranty claim please have your order number and the watch's serial number, if applicable on hand. Please send the watch back to the address listed on the home page of the Mk II site. Any required repairs and shipping and handling back to you is covered by this warranty. The warranty is not transferable. You may have specific legal rights according to the state in which you reside. This warranty is in addition to, and does not effect, the legal rights conferred upon you by your particular state.
